1. Services

Extreme Body Shop provides automotive collision repair, body work, paint services, estimates, and related services. All services are subject to availability, inspection, and approval.

Estimates provided are not final prices and may change if additional damage is discovered during repair.

2. Estimates & Repairs

Estimates are based on visible damage only.

Additional repairs may be required once work begins and hidden damage is discovered.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of supplemental repairs and costs.

Repair timelines are estimates only and may change due to parts availability, insurance approvals, or unforeseen issues.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, check, and approved electronic payments.

Vehicles may be subject to a mechanic’s lien if payment is not made in accordance with Texas law.

Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond a reasonable pickup time after completion.

4. Insurance Claims

Extreme Body Shop may assist with insurance claims, but we do not control insurance company decisions, coverage, or payment timelines. Customers remain responsible for any deductibles, uncovered items, or denied claims.

5. Vehicle Storage & Personal Property

Remove all personal items from your vehicle before repairs begin.

Extreme Body Shop is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Vehicles left more than 30 days after completion may incur storage fees.

6. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship in accordance with applicable manufacturer and industry standards.

Warranty applies only to work performed by Extreme Body Shop

Warranty does not cover normal wear, prior damage, or unrelated mechanical issues

Paint and materials are subject to manufacturer warranties

Warranty details may be provided separately.

7. Website Use

All content on this website is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site at all times.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extreme Body Shop shall not be liable for:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
